Delivery dates are estimates, unless a specific date for the transactions has been expressly agreed in writing.
In case that agreed delivery dates are NOT accomplished for reasons for which WE ARE responsible, we will resolve the matter as quick and efficient as possible. By giving you a coupon for the same amount, so that you can replace your order. Or by giving you a free shipping coupon for your next order. There are no refunds possible.

We are responsible when the order is not shipped on time, after receiving payment.
The customer is responsible for providing a ordernumber in the banktransfer. This will make the delivery simple and easy.
When the customer changes the delivery details after the order is shipped, then we are NOT responsible if the delivery is late.
If the customer is NOT home to receive the package, then we are not responsible for the delivery anymore.
