Delivery dates are estimates, unless a specific date for the transactions has been expressly agreed in writing.

By giving you a coupon for the same amount, so that you can replace your order. Or by giving you a free shipping coupon for your next order. There are no refunds possible.

We are responsible when the order is not shipped on time, after receiving payment.

When the customer changes the delivery details after the order is shipped, then we are not responsible for the delivery anymore.

If the customer is NOT home to receive the package, then we are not responsible for the delivery anymore.
